Returns Policy
You may return or exchange your purchases for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipted delivery, if the item is faulty or damaged in any way. Even though we believe that our merchandise is of the highest quality available as we stock only high quality, We want you to be completely satisfied with items you receive from us.
If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges plus and additional returns administration fee of 15%. If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.
Please note that we will only accept returns on items that have their security tags still intact, are in their original packaging and have not been worn. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return/exchange.
Shipping
We do our best to ensure your orders are shipped as fast as possible after payment has cleared. Most items are shipped within 3 days after payment has cleared, however if the item you have ordered is out of stock or in transit please allow up to 14 – 21 days for delivery. If any item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately with an expected delivery date.
Shipping within Australia
Shipping costs are additional to the individual item purchase price. All items are posted via Australia Post. We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.
Payment Options
We use Paypal Service to process our credit card transactions. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay for your purchasers online. Direct Bank Deposits
Australian customers, we accept Direct Bank Deposits. You will be sent an email with further instructions on how to pay with these methods if you checked out and choose one of the above methods.
We will only process your order once the payment has been cleared. This will normally take around one to two business days for Direct Bank Deposits and Credit Cards.
Secure Shopping
We do not store or handle any credit card details on our system. We use Paypal Service to process our credit card transactions.
